NORTHUMBRIA & CUMBRIA WINS AWARD AT NATIONAL ESTATE AGENT CONFERENCE

Local, independent estate agent Northumbria & Cumbria is celebrating after being given a coveted, national award by Home Sale Network. A national network of independent estate agents across England, Scotland and Wales, the Network has crowned Northumbria & Cumbria as their 2010 Masters Cup winner.

The Masters Cup is an award recognising the Network member that has excelled most in leading the field of UK estate agency. The award is only open to winners of the Network’s top prize, the Cartus Cup, which is given each year to the Network’s estate agency of the year. Northumbria & Cumbria won the Cendant Cup in 2004.

The winner was announced at the 2010 Home Sale Network Awards Dinner; a glamorous black tie event held this year at the Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel, London on 12 November. The evening was hosted by Hugh Dennis, the star of BAFTA winning BBC sitcom, Outnumbered, and team captain on the popular BBC panel show, Mock the Week, who presented Northumbria & Cumbria with their award.

Andrew Coulson said, ”We are thrilled to have won the Masters Cup at this year’s Annual Conference. It is a fantastic accolade, which reflects the efforts our staff have continued to demonstrate since Northumbria & Cumbria was awarded the Cendat Cup in 2004.”
