TOP INDIVIDUALS SHORTLISTED AT THE ESTAS

at the Estate & Letting Agent Awards 2011

The Estate & Letting Agent Awards are the largest and longest running awards in the estate and letting agent industry. Known in the trade as The ESTAS, the competition determines the best agents in the country through research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent. Over 26,000 questionnaires were completed by customers during the competition.

For the first time this year the competition has recognised individual excellence by shortlisting members of staff based on the feedback received from their own clients.

As Simon Brown, who runs the ESTAS, explains “the ESTAS has always been, and will continue to be a team competition, but we also believe staff who have been integral to the customer service experience should be recognised. We are therefore highlighting individuals based on the comments we have received from the thousands of customers who have completed questionnaires.”

Twenty Seven members of staff from agents of all different shapes and sizes have been shortlisted and at the awards 5 individuals will receive a Highly Commended Award.
