Potential buyers can conveniently view properties and agent details in their desired geographical areas whilst vendors can expose their properties even further through Facebook, which is now one of the top 10 sites in the world.
The ‘sharing’ option on Facebook is a particularly powerful tool for vendors and buyers alike in engaging the interest of others. At the touch of a button buyers can share details of their preferred property with friends and families whilst vendors can showcase their homes to a highly targeted demographic of potential buyers. This can be achieved by either clicking the ‘Like’ or ‘Share’ icons which appear next to every property listing and on the ‘Wall’.
The Northumbria & Cumbria’s ‘Wall’ is a page in the profile which communicates daily the latest news and posts about the agency to consumers to include short animated film clip ‘videoettes’ as well as text and imagery. Buyers and sellers can also communicate directly with Northumbria & Cumbria by asking questions via the wall and responding to posts.
